    Delivery Costs:
    Your delivery cost is postcode-dependent and will be displayed in the ‘mini-basket’ at the top right of every page once you have signed in or registered. It will also be shown on the checkout page for your convenience.

    Delivery Access:
    Please be aware that our couriers will deliver to the outside of your property at ground floor level only. Drivers are not insured to carry goods upstairs.

    Warehouse Collection Option:
    If you would like to collect your order from our warehouse (BS31 1SU), simply select the ‘Collection’ option at checkout.

    Returns & Refunds

    If your goods arrive damaged, please sign for them as “Damaged” so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement for you.

    Any claims for shortages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

    To notify us of any damages or shortages, please contact us on 0117 946 1960 as soon as possible. We kindly ask that all issues be reported within 7 days for business customers and 30 days for personal customers.

    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund, provided they are in good, saleable condition.
