How do I place an order?
You can order online or by phone.

  1. Online ordering: Browse the items you want, click the basket icon at the top, and either create an account or log in to complete your purchase.

  2. Phone orders: Call us at +447451288550 and one of our friendly advisors will help you place your order.


 

I forgot my password — what should I do?
No worries! Click the login button at the top of the page and select ‘Forgotten password’ under the Login section.
If you’re unsure which email you used to set up your account, just contact us — we’ll help reconnect you with your account.


 

What are your office hours?
Our customer service team is available:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:45 am – 5:00 pm

  • Friday: 8:45 am – 4:00 pm


 

Can I get a price list?
We no longer send out printed price lists to reduce printing and postage costs. However, you can:

  • View all prices online

  • Download a spreadsheet of all products with your pricing directly from the website


 

Do you offer credit accounts?
Yes! We offer credit accounts to approved customers. Please contact us to discuss your needs and available options. Please note that all credit accounts are subject to a standard credit check.

What is the cost for carriage?

We offer free delivery on orders over £75 and a carriage charge of £5.95 on all orders under £75 (excluding VAT) to customers in mainland UK, excluding the highlands and islands. For further details, please see our delivery page for a breakdown of our delivery pricing.

How will you deliver my order?

We use a parcel carrier to deliver your order, as we do not have our own vans. If you have any specific delivery requirements, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery options include:

  • Closed on Mondays

  • Tail lift required (only available for pallet deliveries)

  • Please book in (for pallet deliveries)

What is your policy for returns or damaged goods?

Your order should arrive within two working days depending on the time of day the order is placed. When you receive your order, please ensure that you sign the carrier’s paperwork and note any shortages or damages on their paperwork. If this is not done, we may be unable to send a replacement.

For damaged goods, photographs are always helpful for us to assess the issue. If you’ve received the wrong item or ordered the wrong item, please contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement and collection.
