Online
You can place orders online anytime via our website. If you haven’t registered yet, you’ll need to create an account by providing your address, postcode, telephone number, email address, and a password (at least 8 characters). Once registered, simply log in using your email and password to place an order whenever you wish.
Opening Hours
You can also order by telephone or email. Our office team is available to assist you Monday to Thursday from 8:45 am – 5 pm and Friday from 8:45 am – 4 pm. Whether you have questions or wish to place an order, we’re here to help.
Purchase Order Numbers
If your business requires a purchase order number to be quoted on invoices, please notify us when placing your order.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us at +447451288550 immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the changes. Once the warehouse has picked your order, no further changes can be made.

Emails
We send order confirmations, invoices, and statements by email. If you change your email address, be sure to contact us with your updated information and include your account number in the subject line.
We also send marketing emails with exclusive offers and updates. If you prefer not to receive these emails, you can manage your preferences or unsubscribe directly from the links provided at the bottom of the email.
SMS
We may send marketing text messages with special offers, product news, or review requests. To opt out of this service, simply reply STOP to any message, or get in touch with us directly.

Prices
You can view the complete pricing for all our products directly on our website. Additionally, you have the option to download a personalized price list that includes the items you’ve purchased, as well as any products you’ve added to your favourites list.
We also offer bulk purchase discounts for half and full pallet quantities, and we provide free on-loan dispensers for large orders. For more information, feel free to get in touch with us.
Payments
Credit, Debit Card & PayPal
The easiest way to pay for your orders is through credit/debit card or PayPal via our website. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us to place your order, and we will send you the payment details. Please note that no orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received.
Credit Facility
To apply for a credit facility, where you can receive goods and pay after the invoice has been issued, please contact our office. We offer credit facilities to businesses that meet the required credit score criteria, and the facility is subject to approval by our accounts team.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation letter outlining your credit limit and payment terms. If your application is unsuccessful, we will contact you directly to inform you, and you can still pay for your orders by card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Invoices and Payment Terms for Credit Account Customers
Credit account customers will receive an invoice for purchased goods, clearly stating the due dates for payment. A monthly statement will also be provided at the beginning of each month. If payment is not received by the due date, your account may be flagged, and there could be delays in processing future orders until the outstanding balance is settled.
For ease of payment, we prefer BACS transfer, and our bank details will be shown on all invoices and statements. You can also make payments by card over the phone. When contacting us regarding payments, please quote your account number.
Please note, all payment experiences are shared with Creditsafe, and late payments may affect your credit score.

All product pricing is available on our website, and you can download your own personalized list of items purchased and any favourites you’ve added.
